La French Touch Project

Japan has four distinct seasons, is surrounded by the sea, and boasts a rich culinary culture, with each region having its own unique climate and climate. Each region has its own unique agricultural products, livestock products, and marine products. Through the careful inheritance of traditions and tireless efforts, dishes and processed products that make the most of these ingredients have been nurtured.

La French Touch launched LA BOX in order to introduce delicious foods from various regions of Japan and to let more people know about the producer’s commitment and the place of origin (terroir).

For this project, the chef himself traveled to the production areas and carefully and wholeheartedly selected regional specialties. The carefully selected masterpieces will be presented in a special case with our gratitude to the nature of Japan, the producers, and our customers.

Our Philosophy


We respect the growers and farmers, their work and the land so that we can maintain healthy eating habits, both physically and mentally!


We respect animals and nature and make sustainable choices, especially with respect to their diet and living environment.


We strive to protect the environment through waste reduction, purchasing innovations, and the use of sustainable packaging.


Sébastien MARTIN


Born in 1977 in Nantes, France. He trained and gained experience at top French restaurants such as the one-star restaurant “l’Agape” in Brittany, France, the three-star restaurant “Le château Richeux” in England, and the two-star restaurant “Gualtiero Marchesi” in Italy. He trained and gained experience at prestigious French restaurants such as “Gualtiero Marchesi” in Italy and “Gualtiero Marchesi” in France.

2003 Visited Japan for the opening of the two-star restaurant “L’ATELIER de Joël Robuchon” at Roppongi Hills.

  • 2004 Started working as Executive Chef at the French Embassy in Japan (current position). Handled events and receptions for the Embassy and prestigious brands.
  • 2013 Order of Agricultural Merit (L’Ordre du Mérite Agricole). Member of Les Tocs Blanches du Monde (meaning “cock’s caps of the world”).
  • 2017 La French Touch founded

François AUDRIN


Born in 1982 in Saint-Nazaire, France. At a young age, he began to look abroad, honing his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants in Ireland, England, Switzerland, and elsewhere. He also served as Executive Chef of the luxury yacht ship Christina Onassis.

  • In 2011, he was selected as the chef for the official residence of the Ambassador of the European Union to Japan. Using his experience in European countries, he entertains guests in Japan and abroad with Japanese ingredients.
  • Chef at the Ambassador’s residence, then trained chefs at L’atelier des Chefs, a culinary school in the south of France.
  • 2017 Re-emerged and founded La French Touch
