Ordering and Shipping

To purchase LA BOX, please visit the Products page of our website or click here. You can proceed to the payment page from the product page.

We accept orders until the 25th of each month to ensure that our carefully selected products are delivered in top condition. We then consolidate the orders, check the quality of the products, and deliver them in order. The products will be delivered to you between the 1st and 5th of the following month.

For example, if you order the Yamanashi LA BOX (product eligible for April 25-June 25, 2021) on June 7

(1) You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail that your order has been placed. The automatic confirmation email will include an estimated delivery date.

(2) We will inform you that we are preparing the LA BOX around June 26.

3) You will receive notification of the LA BOX shipment between June 26 and 31.

4) After 3-5 business days, you will receive your LA BOX between July 1-5.

Individual message cards can be included upon customer request. At this time, we do not offer individual wrapping for the LA BOX, but we plan to do so in the near future. For more information, please contact us at contact[at]

We also accept orders by phone. In that case, payment can be made by cash on delivery (COD) or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit card or PayPal, please place your order through our website or the “La French Touch” website. If you have difficulty ordering from the website, you can also call us.

Except in special cases, deliveries will be made sequentially between the 1st and 5th of each month, depending on your location. If you have a preferred delivery date, please let us know when you place your order.

In principle, LA BOX is shipped by Yamato Transport. If you would like your order to be shipped by a specific carrier, please indicate so in the order memo field when you place your order. In this case, a special fee may be added.
